All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
If you need to change your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP. We generally ship out orders the next day after it has been placed. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can happily help you make the change.
Please indicate in the note section at checkout that your order is a gift. Gift orders will contain a packing slip without the item value on it. We write a thank you card with every order. If the gift is being shipped directly to the gift recipient, we can write a custom note on the card for you. Simply write the message in the note section at checkout.
Oh no! We're so sorry if you received a damage or incorrect item in your order. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the issue. We will assist you as soon as possible.
We offer 30 day exchanges and returns if you are unhappy with your items. Simply send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and the item(s) you would like to change. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we will cover the cost (USA/domesic only) to ship the exchanged item to you.
We understand that some people may want their orders to be shipped to their workplaces and that not everyone may be as accepting of pole dancing as others. Our default packages will contain a sticker of our branded logo. If you would like to opt out of this, please let us know in the notes section at checkout.
Customs/import fees may be charged for international orders and the buyer is responsible for these fees. If you choose not to accept the package and request a refund, we will give you a refund on your order minus the shipping cost once we receive the items back.
We are a small business based in the beautiful Denver, CO. All of our apparel and accessories feature original artwork, created by our #girlboss Tiffany. She hand illustrates each design with love. We create custom printed activewear fabric for all of our polewear while our printed designs are screen-printed locally in Denver. We produce small batches of each design. If you see something you like, it's best to just get it because it may not be re-stocked.

Products should be only washed with like colors. You can certainly machine wash the garments in warm water that is around 104°F/40°C. Keep in mind that you should only use non-chlorine bleach if necessary and do not iron the decorated (printed) areas. If the garments require dry-cleaning, you can use any solvent except the trichloroethylene. Tumble-dry these garments on medium.
If you see this note in the product description:
"This item is made to order and will ship from our fulfillment printer in Los Angeles, CA. If you are purchasing multiple products, your order may arrive in separate packages."
that means that this specific item may be made-to-order and may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. If your are an international customer, please take this into account as it may affect import/custom/duty fees.

We currently do not offer any mens or kids apparel online, but we're happy to discuss custom orders with you (see above).
All of our products are made in limited quantities. Depending on the item, we may bring the item back in stock but it is not always a guarantee. That's why we if you love something, it's better to get it before it's gone! If you want to know about a particular, please contact us and we will help answer your question the best we can.
