MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Made-to-order items will be fulfilled and directly ship from our third party printing partners rather than from our headquarters in Denver, CO. Multi-item purchases may arrive in separate packages and tracking information will be provided for each package. On average, items will be made within 2-7 business days. Shipping time will depend on where the item is being made and the destination. The following are our current made-to-order items:

- Baby Onesies
- Toddler Tees
RETURNS & FREE EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days receiving your order and on items that are returned in original new/unworn condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable. If you are choosing to exchange the item, we will ship your new item to you free of charge (US domestic customers only).
How to make a return or exchange:
- Make sure clothing items are returned in the original condition - clean, unworn, and undamaged. Please be mindful when trying things as you will be charged a 30% restocking fee for makeup and deodorant stains.
- Send an email to hello@pushandpole.com with name, order#, and short reason for return/exchange.
- Unless items were incorrect or arrived damaged, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping address will be e-mailed to you in your return/exchange inquiry.
- If possible, please ship item in original packaging (reuse baby!) along packing slip.
- Once the item is received, your purchase will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
- If you are choosing to exchange the item, we will ship your new item to you free of charge (US domestic customers only).
